The Knee Centre
The Knee Centre is a division of Karl Hager Limb & Brace. Since 2001 The Knee Centre has been manufacturing the same knee braces that Karl Hager Limb & Brace has for over 20 years. We believe that by segregating this successful area of the company we can concentrate our focus and continue on designing and manufacturing quality knee braces and improve on our already positive reputation.
The Knee Centre manufactures all of its quality knee braces in Edmonton where we can also repair or adjust your knee brace. Our graphite knee braces are lightweight and strong and have a low profile. Our thermo-molded knee braces are adjustable and also feature a low profile. In most cases we provide a quick and efficient one-week manufacturing time.
All of our braces are waterproof and are practically maintenance free. Simply cleaning the brace with an antibacterial soap and a soft brush will keep your brace in good working order. Typically a brace will need to be serviced once a year to replace the knee joint components, liner, and straps. We have staff on hand to answer any questions that you may have. Whether the questions are specific on brace design or a question on the location of our office we are here to help you.
We know that The Knee Centre can meet the demands of various knee conditions. We have braces that can control and stabilize ligament instabilities and knee braces to help those with osteoarthritis. All of our custom braces are hand fabricated to a specific cast of the users leg allowing us to alter the knee brace design to best accommodate the patient’s needs.
